I went to check out Alexandria X-Sport yesterday Brandon who literally told me his name me 12 times!! didnt listen to me at all only wanted to do his spielsell me. He was very aggressive had a canned speech which he has obviously used tons of times. He asked me the same questions over over proving he wasnt listening and had no EQ to read the room. I specifically said I wanted personal training at the start, but since he wasnt yet at that part of his pitch, he didnt even hear me. I had to reiterate at least 4 times. I also said I was shopping around, but he kept pressuring me to make appointments for working out, assessment, training immediately.
