I was SO happy I took the time to try a new studio Im a CorePower Junkie - because this place is Wonderful!!!! Not only is it adorable with a great selection of beautiful jewelry, clothes and gift-goodies but the instructor was Amazing! Lisa also the owner is clearly a pro she guided us through an incredible hot series that set every muscle in my body straight - and cleared my foggy-holiday-brain. Please visit this Gem of a Studio.....you wont regret it!From the moment I walked into the studio I felt a good and accepting energy. I could tell that this wasnt one of those studios that just focuses on yoga as an exercise. This studio also focuses on spirituality, overall health, and building a community of like minded individuals who love yoga and all it has to offer. Im lucky to have found this studio and look forward to many more yoga sessions and spiritual growth!
