He took good care of me and was very helpful in explaining the companys warranty, discount and protection plan, which I am happy to receive! She is a very professional and knowledgeable salesperson, and anyone will be lucky to have her on their team!My husband and I made a departmental purchase from American Freight on Speedway. Malcolm was our salesman. Loved working with him. We noticed after buying our furniture that it was broken. Manager, Chris was great about replacing us right now. We had a few more hiccups to work on but I cant say enough great things about Chris, Malcolm and Dwayne. The customer service from our sales person to the manager to the delivery driver was absolutely excellent. We have since purchased a matching Ottoman for our department and are looking for more furniture for our new home. I will not go anywhere or work with anyone else. Thank you for the great service!
