Wilson accounting strong neighborhoods build strong cities

All I ever wanted to be growing up was a police officer but I have a praying mom that really didnt want me to be a police officer, I guess thats how I ended helping people in other ways.

Ive been a tax accountant for almost 24 years. My tax and accounting practice, TR Tax, has been located on South Kanawha Street in Beckley since August of 2001. I also own a real estate investment company and a restaurant in downtown Beckley. In my spare time I serve our community as volunteer firefighter with Bradley-Prosperity Fire Department.

My accomplishments are not what I set out to achieve in my life, but rather the result of following my passion with the drive and determination to achieve an end goal. This is the same determination and drive I will bring to the Mayors office.

My goal as your next Mayor will be to make Beckley a place where our children and grandchildren can succeed and want to live. Safe streets, a strong local economy and a Mayors Office that is open and accountable to our community. My former Woodrow Wilson High School Principal Miller Hall said it best when he said Strong youth build strong neighborhoods and strong neighborhoods build strong cities.
