Fort Collins cars sustainable career for her mechanical engineer

There are so many moments throughout this campaign where the best of Fort Collins was on full display. While Im deeply thankful for my team, thankful for all the helpers who gave advice or lent a hand, and proud of the campaign weve run together, I must admit that fleeting moments walking neighborhoods and in deep conversation with neighbors are among the things Im most thankful for.

From first-time voters like Hannah - eager to support her first candidate, to retired mom Betty - hoping for a sustainable career for her mechanical engineer son, to single working dad Devon - a Fort Collins native being priced out of his rented home, to Tom who recently retired from the railroad running a route with his brother, to Jessie who could name every nearby neighbor and cleaned broken branches off his neighbors roof, to George who despite arthritic ankles walks his grandkids to and from school daily worrying what could happen if he doesnt.

No matter how the election turns out, know that I intend to have your back. Know that I will advocate for you, side by side with you, from whatever side of the council chambers youve voted to place me. Know that you have a right to be heard, to be respected, to be acknowledged by your elected officials.
