Office Manager
Work hours Monday thru Friday 8 am to 430 pm, minus 12 hour for lunch in a small office setting for a residential HVAC contractor.
Responsibilities
Answering phone, scheduling service calls, bookkeeping, payroll certified, accounts payable.
Requirements
Excel, Word experience required.
Experience with QuickBooks accounting software is highly preferred.

Hourly rate depends on experience.
