One of the questions I get asked the most is: what is it like to live in Moreno Valley? Is there crime? Are there nice areas to live in? Is there something to do there? Today we are going to talk about the things that I consider to be the pros and some things I could do without or against living here at Moreno Valley and if you're ready, let's take a look at some important information that's coming in right now.

The first thing I love about Moreno Valley is the food. As you can see, I don't like to skip any meals and you can get anything from Indian food, Mexican food, sushi, BBQ, Italian food, and tacos.
I wish there was a Brazilian restaurant nearby, but there are many dining options and there are many different restaurants practically anywhere in the city.
My number two is that there are lots of parks in Moreno Valley.
These parts are perfect places to take the kids to play, maybe play sports or just enjoy the day.
My number three is that there are different established neighborhoods where you have different lifestyles.
For example, Sunnymead Ranch is located north of the city or as the locals call it north of the highway, here you have access to the lake, its pool, spa, gym, there is a clubhouse and they have various activities throughout the year.
They have a pool, spa, basketball and tennis courts and much more. Rancho Belago is located on the west side of town and offers new homes, and the golf course is also in this area. Like these four neighborhoods I mentioned, there are a few other areas that you may want to check out and consider if you are interested in living in Moreno Valley.
My number four is that Moreno Valley is located pretty much in the middle of all activities and most metropolitan areas are within, say, 1 to 2 hours of driving.
You know how to ski or just spend the day in the snow or even in the summer for a quick getaway.
If you want to spend the day in Palm Springs or do some shopping there, just get in your car and drive east and you will. It arrives in less than an hour, if you feel like going to a baseball game, basketball, game, soccer or football, you know when they have their respective seasons.
