Danielle, the owner of Bend, has a very affordable, clean, and kind studio. She is a great resource with just about everything yoga supplies blocks and mats, picking the right amount of yoga classes for your wallet and life, and more. Danielle and her instructors Josh have improved my mental and physical health. Bend has been an investment. I look forward to every Tuesday and Wednesday night at Bend! They have plenty of parking space in the lot. There are bathrooms and water foundations as needed. If youre feeling ambitious its just a couple miles from the beach for a run, pre or post yoga!
