Cambio Yoga is an amazing yoga studio with dedicated and very knowledgeable teachers. I love that there is a variety of classes available all day long. Great for beginners as well as advanced yogis. Please support this amazing local business! Its leaps and bounds above yoga classes Ive taken at fitness studios like Crunch or Golds. So much more than just an exercise class.I went to Cambio for the first time last Saturday afternoon at 445pm. I had practiced yoga for a long time but have stopped for the last year since COVID. I was very impressed by the new instructor there. Andrea was amazingher radio voice was warm and steady, her instruction clear and encouraging. The sequence flowed seamlessly. She was conscientious in meeting every student at hisher level and in that giving a great example of self acceptance.
