The teacher, Sadie Leigh, greeted each person warmly and personally. She moved with ease between the two rooms, she explained everything in a way that each person could adapt to their own abilities, she brought an underpinning of spirituality that was heartening but not directive, and she has a lovely voice. She also demonstrated with skill and precision while maintaining a monologue laced with excellent metaphors and a little levity.
