Started going earlier this year to the Lab and Ive enjoyed it so much. The facility is so clean and fresh and the teachers are all very good. There is ample parking and I love the location.Excellent studio! All the instructors are phenomenal. I leave every class feeling energized and refreshed. The community is also very welcoming.This literally was the best yoga class Ive ever been to. It was challenging and fun all at the same time. I personally love when Im challenged with knew things. It stretched me to go to the next level. Pilar was a phenomenal teacher for this newbie.
