I love hot yoga hot yoga because it takes more than 10 minutes for my bones muscles to warm up and become flexible. I enjoy all of the instructors professionalism. Restorative yoga is my favorite. I have released negative energy from my body and spirit. I joined the class anticipating spiritual blessings and its happening. The plus is my physical is transforming. Thank you PurePower Hot Yoga for all you do, Stacey Williford. Just had my 1st class here, it was really good! The instructor was very nice and explained everything. This is definitely the place to go if youre looking for a good sweat!
