Going through a Divorce is never easy for no one, but during the rough process, I could identify these 10 areas that help me break through my process.Live one day at a time - This is a roller coaster, youre going to have good days, and bad days. Dealing with your emotions is one of the most important things to do. Either is anger, frustration, sadness, depression, silence, screaming, just make sure to identify them and feel no guiltiness.Fight till the end- My ex was a Runaway Husband so it took me by surprise when he asked for Divorce. It was obvious I experienced all the cycles of grief denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance but I felt like I had to fight till the end, until there was nothing left to do.Vent out- It is important to find a supporting person that can be there for you, to listen and give advice. Select very carefully who can be a true friend or family with no judgements.Concentrate on your inner-health- Take care of your soul, mind, body, emotions and beauty. Do things that make you happy and that you enjoy doing with pleasure. In my case it was going to the beach, doing some exercise, getting a Spa Day, meditating, reading books, ect. These activities helped me to not over think my process or else I was going to go crazy.Go to Therapy - There is nothing wrong with visiting a professional Therapist. Talking to a professional can help you heal. Either a couple therapy or a single session, you need to understand that this is not your fault and professional advice will help you move forward.
