These educational programs allow our young people to become leaders of tomorrow in the aviation community right here in Harrison County!Led by retired military pilots with decades of experience, Fairmont State University is training students to become commercial pilots and to have careers in aviation management. On the very same campus in Bridgeport, Dr. Brad Gilbert is leading Pierpont Community and Technical College in training aircraft maintenance technology students to fill the massive demand from continued job growth in our area.Lets continue to think big. Ive seen the passion from a staff that sees the unlimited potential to make our aviation industry an identity for Harrison County and North Central West Virginia.Our community continues to build upon the powerful trifecta of commercial airfare, private enterprise and educational opportunities all taking place right here at the North Central West Virginia Airport.
