I bought a used elliptical in September this year. The delivery guys scratched it because they couldnt deal with the weight. I made them add it in the delivery doc comments. After first time use got some clack continuous sound that stopped eventually. I went back to the store personally, showed the scratch pictures and requested a technician to come and check on the equipment bought it with an extended warranty. I was a inquired about the use of the equipment and told that if no more noise, it should be fine. The scratch solution was not even an apology, but a well, do you want to return it?. That was not the case. I still insisted that I wanted the technician to have a look at it and set it up. Ive not been contacted, theyve not come. Im talking about months. Now, when you call to the store, they treat you like you are annoying them.
