AWFUL customer service and billing. I see were not the only ones who have complaints regarding billing. They are not up front whatsoever about charges and are rude when you ask. My husband canceled his membership almost a year ago because he started going to a private gym and they continued to charge us for monthly fees plus private trainer sessions. Nowhere in our paperwork did it say anything about this once canceled and they could have cared less about fixing. He has now been in twice in person to CANCEL and I just saw another 89 charge. What a joke. Now theyre saying its a cancellation fee. Again, not told about it nor is it in our paperwork. Be very careful with this place. My husband hasnt been there in a year yet weve paid them almost 1000.
