Love Ekam! They offer a variety of yoga classes and the instructors are awesome. I love that they explain how to scale up or scale down the poses. I would recommend Ekam to anyone who is just starting out or even those with more experience. The space is super clean and inviting, everyone is so welcoming. I love taking classes from them.My two friends and I had the most wonderful experience at Ekam. Not only was the yoga top quality, our instructor was so conscious, kind, and real with the class. With access to mats and showers or anything else we might have needed, we felt included and comfortable in the studio. One of my best yoga experiences yet!
