They have incredible instructors and lots of class options. You are always welcomed and made to feel comfortable. They focus a lot on staying safe well working out and take the time to teach you modifications and proper form. They are always offering specials and have more options for memberships and classes then any gym I have been to. Locally owned as well!All the classes and instructors are amazing! I started at Innergy as a Personal Training PT client and Im so glad I did! Years later, Im stronger, more confident, and still LOVING it even the new ropes, ha! Bonus Ive met so many wonderful people through Innergy, and gained new friendships.
