Very nice gym! Spacious and plenty of room to get in a good workout. Lots of free weights, enough cardio and even a stair stepper. There are 3 restrooms and one shower, plus a nice water fountain. I would have liked a larger squat rack, but the heavy bag and speed bag made up for it. If Im ever in the area again Ill definitely be back!Great place!! Ive always felt comfortable and welcomed. People are nice, friendly and supportive. Todd is our trainer and he is kicking our butts into shape!
