I have been coming here for a few years now. Ive done their sound bath workshops which are intense but incredible. And I love love love the aerial yoga on tuesday and Thursday nights! If youre thinking about taking a class I highly recommend. Staff is super nice and helpful. Studio is beautiful and clean. I want to work here!Warm welcoming environment especially if you are new to yoga. Anita Shukla-Accardi is a wonderful instructor. There are so many classes to choose from 7 days a week! Highly recommend.
