Crews from the Texas Department of Transportation began cleanup of homeless encampments under highway overpasses. Homeless individuals who were living in these spots they would move back in after the crews were done cleaning up.

The move has been a long time coming after several months of the governor and City of Austin officials publicly sparring over Austins camping and lying ordinance changes.

For observant Jews, the New Testament is kept out of the house forbidden, shunned, and condemned without being heard, read, tested, or examined. I possessed the same prejudice. I not only rallied in my inmost heart when the New Testament was spoken of, but I also objected vocally and contemptuously. I had branded the New Testament as the muddiest source of pride, overweening selfishness, hatred, and the worst kind of violence, but as I by chance, or better still, through Gods leading, opened the New Testament I felt myself being peculiarly and wonderfully possessed.
