Garden Grove house administering ticket sales over the phone

This position offers an opportunity for someone looking to build connections with the general public to join a rapidly growing organization where you can spend your summer outdoors enjoying live entertainment under the stars. With a small but growing team, new staff will play an important role in laying the foundation for our expanding theatre.

The Customer Service Supervisor will interact directly with tourists visiting Fenelon Falls and develop relationships with the locals of Kawartha Lakes. The Customer Service Supervisor will act as the primary representative for administering ticket sales over the phone and in person while also overseeing ticket prices, sales, orders, arrangements and staff-schedules of the box office as well as Concession sales. The Supervisor is responsible for maintaining all financial records and that the staff provide excellent customer service.

The Supervisor will operate out of The Grove Theatres new Box Office located at 2 Water Street as well as the amphitheatre on the Fenelon Fairgrounds. Evening and weekend work is required.
