Feel comfortable managing personalities- both clients and staff. Confronting issues such as a client being upset or an employee having a personality conflict should not be problematic for you.
Enjoy helping clients solve difficult personal problems through tax resolution and planning. You enjoy compiling and researching information, preparing the appropriate paperwork and discerning the best strategies. You are proactive in maintaining the client file and anticipating issues and addressing them before they become a problem.
