Alabama Accounting

The Managers will work with the owner to plan and direct restaurant operations for all the Purple Onion locations in the Birmingham area. Maintain high standards of food, service, health and safety, ensure efficient and profitable business performance and the optimal utilization of staff and resources.

Responsibilities but not limited to
- Manage operations and finances of the business
- Determine staffing requirements, recruit, train, and maintain staffing level as needed
- Interact with customers to establish positive customer relations and to ensure all inquiries and complaints are handled promptly
- Facilitate in restaurant expansion and building our operations team
- Calculate daily restaurant receipts and reconcile with sales

Qualifications
- High School diploma or the equivalent required. Associates degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of restaurant management experience
- Strong operational skills in a customer service environment
- Basic business math, accounting, computer skills required
- Experience in restaurantfood service staff management and development is preferred
