Ljiljana Yahyazadeh emigrated from Bosnia at the age of 15. She quickly learned the language, the culture and became a savvy entrepreneur. Today she owns a thriving salon in South Burlingtons City Center. Ljiljana has the knowledge, skill and fortitude to make her dream a reality. But when she needed a sign permit for her new business, she wasnt sure what steps to take.
