Then there are the trash sites that you notice along the sides of the roads. Yes, the unmanned sites are pretty nasty and the trash seems to pile up alongside the cans. However, when you travel past a manned site such as the one on 20th street off Joyner Road, you see a site that is not well maintained. Trash falling out the cans due to rusted out holes in them. The trash then accumulates upon the fence until the wind blows it into the woods. One can not help but notice the damage and the missing parts of the fence. Wouldnt you agree that if we cant maintain a simple one-acre manned dumpsite.

To that, I say imagine being a lawmaker ready to draft a bill into law and then being reminded over 50 of counties in Georgia are sanctuary counties. Thus that potential new law is dead on arrival at the local level as sanctuary counties refuse to enforce or fund the enforcement.
