Commerce City cars concerned about our roads falling apart

My mentor Fred Hammond past BHS History teacher. my track coach, and Historic Beverly Volunteer, taught me many important lessons in life. Service to others is the most important thing we can do in our lives. I am running for City Council At Large for many reasons. This is the most important one. Another important civic duty we have is to vote on November 2nd. Why should you vote for me??

Are you concerned about our roads falling apart and congestion wherever you go in the city? You are not alone, and I will work with you, to address these issues and other problems. People sometimes forget that we are the Garden City. We need to ensure that our city continues to live up to that name.
Responding to the concerns of the citizens of Beverly should happen quickly. I am retired and will be able to answer your phone calls and emails promptly.

I am a graduate of Beverly Public Schools. My daughter, Liz, is also a graduate of Beverly Public Schools we both understand how important a good education is. My wife is Maureen Duffy Tabbut. She is a long-time teacher in Lynn. We have two cats- Maeve and Myles. I am an avid runner who also loves to read and visit historic sites. My memberships include Historic Beverly, VOC, American Legion, Greater Beverly Chamber of Commerce, and the Beverly Salem Elks. I volunteer at Beverly Bootstraps and the Senior Center Weekly Walks.

Having served 6 years in the Massachusetts Army National Guard, I respect and honor all local law enforcement, firefighters, and first responders. I thank you all for your service!I am looking forward to meeting Beverly residents in the coming weeks, listening to your questions problems, and working tirelessly for the betterment of our beautiful city by supporting common sense growth while protecting our quality of life in the City of Beverly.
