We are Beastie Boutique, a small retail business located in Vancouver, WA. We have a need for a part-time bookkeeper to help with our QuickBooks financial program.

Must be able to move quickly along with reconciling, receipts and reports. You must know QuickBooks financial software and be proficient enough to work quickly along.

We file our sales tax online every month so you will need to be able to schedule these.

You will also be working with POS information from our retail side and rental property entries. Any experience with these areas is a plus.

Our POS software syncs data to the financial software every night. But you will have to go up front and work with the POS terminals at times to gather missing information or to look up something.

Issues arise syncing from POS to the back office QB financial program. You need to be able to work with the POS system and possibly QB support to sort out issues. Experience in POS is a big plus.

This position requires coming into our office one to two times a week. The days that work best for us are Mondays and Thursdays. Typically around 2-4 hours each time, sometimes longer depending on the time of month and required duties.

We are a pet boutique and grooming store. Many dogs as well as our own come into the store everyday so you must be able to get along fine with dogs and cats.
