Well, my city, I just riding through the city taking care of some business. You know course brings Florida pretty decent city cost of living, but it's not it. I mean, let's just see it's kind of high on one side and then there's normal in the little section and then there's decent on another section-like area I'm riding through right now. One thing about the schools in Coral Springs, Florida I'm a turn. Let me turn it to the side, so y'all can take a look at the houses. One thing about Coral Springs. We stand by our mission statement of being the nation's premier community, in which to live, work and raise a family and money magazine agreed to name us one of the best places to live in the nation. Coral Springs was farmland used to cultivate beans and raise cattle at the time Henry Lyons on the land before it was passed on to his children after his death in 1952. Several years later, Coral Ridge properties purchased land from the family, with visions of creating a master plan for the community. Well, because nobody knew where this place was other than the Everglades. In fact of people in Fort Lauderdale, called it TFO too far out. He wanted to have a name that would be attractive, and so they realized that the name of their company, coral, rich properties, would play into it and what they decided was Coral Springs. We are guided by a strategic plan which creates a shared vision for the future of the community and our mission statement, which is to be the nation's premier community, in which to live, work and raise a family.
