Let's get going right now on Rancho Cordova, California, and why could be the spot for you? Okay, first of all, Rancho Cordova is located between Fair Oaks, Gold, River Arden, arcade Rosemont and the beautiful, of course, American River.

You could find maybe a nice three and two in Rancho for about 320 and in other areas, I would say comparable to that is maybe Citrus Heights, and maybe antelope as well for the type of lifestyle.
I just moved a couple in last summer: I got them a nice house in Rancho zone 4 and 2 with a brand new pool for about 360, with RV access on the side and everything beautiful area. So you really can't get that in other areas in Sacramento.
Right now, so I say, Rancho is probably that spot where you're thinking yourself, hey, look we're looking for our first home and we're not sure which area to actually buy-in, I would say: Rancho, Cordova, California, we'll get you that great bang for your buck.
It is super hot of a real estate market. So if you're, looking yourself, you're thinking, first-time homebuyer or you're thinking, ROI out an investment property, maybe to rent out to maybe around the Sacramento State area, I would say, arrange the court of its definitely one of those spots.
Ok, let's talk a little bit about the schools, the schools, it's located in the Folsom Cordova Unified School District.
Did someone say, Folsom? Yes, someone did so you get some really good schools around that area and access to elementary schools, high schools and whatnot. Now, if you're thinking about a specific area in Rancho to move into, let me know I can tell you exactly what schools you qualify to get into and what you have access to.

Now a lot of times is because they're, including in Gold River called River, the median price is around 500.
So if you add those two areas together, you get a 390, but I'm telling you my team has been moving people in for about 320 362 nice houses in Rancho, Cordova and honestly. No one has ever complained form these houses.

So you got a lot of shopping mall and all that kind of fun stuff, but Ranchers, one of those areas where honestly, if you're looking for a first time home or for the ROI, you cannot find a hotter real-estate market than Rancho Cordova couple years ago, I Was moving people into you, know nice, nice, 4 into 3 and twos for about 280 and now we're talking 320 360.
