Redondo Beach is one of the three Beach Cities in Los Angeles County, California, located in the South Bay region of the Greater Los Angeles area, just 8 miles south of Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). At a total of just over 656 miles (1,056 km), it is the longest state route in California.
