He's been cooking for over 40 years, my mom's been in the industry for over 40 years, also so they're really good at what they do.
You asked because we were busy one Friday night pranking a car went through our front window, we had, we had a bar next door.
The person who hit the gas went through the front window, we need a new location, we came here. We found this building, we moved here and we've been here ever since now it's funny because a lot of places we've been to in Rialto say: you've gone two brothers. Have you gone two brothers, yeah here we are finally yeah all right?
So what are we gonna be making today we're gonna be making food sigh? It's probably uh, it's the easiest, but it's also the hardest in the maze. So now we were told we just left a place that said the best pizza in town. We've heard that a couple of people have said that have to try brothers pizza right.
So what type of peach we're gonna be working on pizzas um, we make hand toss pizzas, you toss it all by hand.
You flatten you spin. It does all that good stuff.
We make it the old deal took away a lot. People like it like that it just tastes a lot better and the way that we cook it is the way that you used to make it's a lot better than using the chain ovens.
The way that the big corporations use, we use all grade-a ingredients, people don't know that there are different grades and ingredients and different grades they're more expensive, but it tastes better.
It keeps people coming back. So let's go get started. Let's go all right: cool, okay, first thing: when do you wash your hands of course, and then we come down here.
This is where we keep the sauce. The up, sorry, that the pizza dough - and the first thing you want to do is put that down here.
In the flour, all right, it's like that or okay right, exactly, okay! Okay, now what you're gonna do is put that down and you're gonna want to flatten the edges in you're, going to want to push down and then down and in and just turn it around down and in like that, I'm like kind of press.
Oh, there you go and in and Oh down and in and this is to help form the actual for us, it seems easy, but sometimes it's quite hard. You're gonna get the roller and you start rolling across.
Should I put some powder on the roll? Okay, then we're gonna pick up that little Joe uh-huh and what you're gonna do is this. Then you just show you really you're gonna grab the edges you're gonna start to expand once that looks like it's stretched out.

Now, it seems like it's pretty stretched down.
What we do is you grab one of these screens here, I'm gonna set that down and put that on top of there we'll reach over there and we'll grab that sauce there good there you go put in the center comes over here and you grab About a handful of cheese right in the middle and just spread it all out, mushrooms, just grab it just grab them, grab it okay and spread them on there.
