So what are we gonna be making today we're gonna be making food sigh? It's probably uh, it's the easiest, but it's also the hardest in the maze. So now we were told we just left a place that said the best pizza in town. We've heard that a couple of people have said that have to try brothers pizza right.
So what type of peach we're gonna be working on pizzas um, we make hand toss pizzas, you toss it all by hand.

We make it the old deal took away a lot. People like it like that it just tastes a lot better and the way that we cook it is the way that you used to make it's a lot better than using the chain ovens.
The way that the big corporations use, we use all grade-a ingredients, people don't know that there are different grades and ingredients and different grades they're more expensive, but it tastes better.

In the flour, all right, it's like that or okay right, exactly, okay! Okay, now what you're gonna do is put that down and you're gonna want to flatten the edges in you're, going to want to push down and then down and in and just turn it around down and in like that, I'm like kind of press.

What we do is you grab one of these screens here, I'm gonna set that down and put that on top of there we'll reach over there and we'll grab that sauce there good there you go put in the center comes over here and you grab About a handful of cheese right in the middle and just spread it all out, mushrooms, just grab it just grab them, grab it okay and spread them on there.
