San Clemente, which is in Orange County California, it's actually at the southern tip of Orange County and we're gonna take a look at a couple of different things: we're here at the Rancho sink.
Sorry, San Clemente tennis and fitness club right now we're going on the weekend they're closed, but this is a pretty popular place if you want to come out here and practice your swing but yeah we're gonna go and take a look at a couple of things.
We're gonna look at the most expensive listing here available in San Clemente. We're also gonna look at the least expensive home for sale here, along with a couple of popular locations or famous locations here in San Clemente, the first of which will be the Casa Romantica, which is a historical home here in San Clemente.
And then we'll also look at the st. Clement appears, which is where a lot of folks go here on the weekends all right, so we're gonna go ahead and head on over to the least expensive listing available here in San Clemente.
It's only about five blocks away from the Tennis Club here today, it's a little gloomy outside, so I thought it was a good chance to see what the beach cities look like when we're getting a little bit of sprinkling weather.
So this is basically the neighborhood for the least expensive listing here in San Clemente. It's a 1-bedroom 1-bath and it's on the market for two hundred seventy-five thousand and they have it up for as 560 square feet.
560 square feet it's up for 500, I'm sorry, it's up for $ 275,000, situated amongst million-dollar homes here in the hills, as you can see, towards the center of your screen up a little bit further. Our single-family homes, , so a lot of times here in the beach cities.
The weather is a little gloomy in the morning, but generally, in the afternoon, it'll start to burn off okay, we're gon na go and continue on and we're actually going to go ahead and head on over to Casa Romantica again, that's a Historical home here in San Clemente so we're about three miles away, and that gives us a chance to kind of drive through the neighborhoods, we're actually heading towards the ocean.
It influences a ton about how the lifestyle here is and if you haven't surfed or if you love to surf this is a great town to hop in the water before or after work, and it's just something that plays a huge role in the community.
The number two thing you need to know about san Clemente, just to the south of us, is camp, Pendleton.
Camp Pendleton is the marine corps largest military base home to 70 000 military personnel and it spans 125 000 acres of preserved land and military land.
The most interesting way, though, if you have to pick one spot to go, is north of the pier and let me show you why.
So heading north along this trail that goes on the inland side of the train tracks.
It's mostly unpaved, but then, after about a half-mile on the trail that goes from an unpaved trail in the ground to a really neat elevated bridge. This bridge is elevated about 10 feet above the sensitive habitat.
