I love this place. I am pretty new to yoga and the way they run the class accommodates very experienced clients along with beginners. I am well over 50 and hot yoga has helped me with my goal to improve my health without injuries. If you are on the more mature side of the spectrum I would wholeheartedly recommend Sol Power. Everyone is friendly and there is no pressure you can improve at your own pace. I cant recommend Sol Power enough.There is such a great and supportive community at Sol. As a beginner, I always felt so welcomed and have gotten to watch myself grow here. I definitely recommend.
