Its been almost a full month since I heard from him since July 9, 2021 when I told Kedren Hospital that I was seeking his discharge with new District Court Orders. The social worker said they ONLY respond to DCFS... when I said I would come with police, JOSEPH SANTAYO discharged Joshua and placed him into a foster home.
The foster mom said she couldnt reach me because my phone is disconnected and DCFS said they will try to get a new contact number which is a BS LIE because theyve been in contact with me!
When they CONSPIRED with DCFS Michael Ly when he offered a safety plan on June 2, 2021 which he later told me on June 9, 2021 that it was only given to me to buy him time to get an EMERGENCY ORDER TO REMOVE my children on an ex parte setting in the Los Angeles County juvenile dependency hearing behind my back.
Im accused of my leaving my child alone while I was physically unwell with my DISABILITY of syncope ... even though Los Angles County has failed to provide services necessary to help me to treat my condition.
