I cant say enough good things about this wonderful yoga studio. The teachers are amazing with a wide variety of class offerings and times. You get a secluded and peaceful feel when you arrive that really helps you disconnectground. The practice space is inviting and comfortable with a full assortment of props for all. This is one of my favorite places to practice yoga and I look forward to coming back as often as I can.Sanctuary is one of the most peaceful places in town. Walking under the branches of one of the oldest Live Oak trees in Texas, the cool shade and deep sense of time awaken the mind and senses. The studio itself is gorgeous yet modest. People from all walks of life come here, with all different body types and intentions. Melinda and Amanda are two of my personal favorite teachers, each with their own approach and disposition. Sanctuary is a very special place.
