I have never done yoga before, so I was very nervous to try something new, especially with the back pain I have. I attended Jessies class and immediately felt at home. Her instructions were clear and I felt comfortable with all of the new positions. She was a great instructor and I would highly recommend this studio and Jessie as an instructor. My back pain was significantly reduced and I feel like I will attend a yoga class again soon.I was referred to this yoga studio from a friend and my experience so far from my new classes have been stellar. Affordable, clean, friendly environment. Shelly and Anne were very professional in guiding me in my yoga journey. I was interested in buying a manduka pro mat and they let me try out one of their personal mats
