Greeley travel

UPDATE to this story and Rochelle Galindos misuse of campaign funds to go to Las Vegas. Someone I trust told me that she may have been there for an LGTBQ conference as a constituent service. So OK, although she wrote it off as fundraising and not constituent services, I still looked into it. The Greeley Council has this portion of all their meetings called

Reports from mayor and council members. That is where they talk about the events theyve attended and what they learned. This is where she would have communicated her attending an LGBTQ conference and what she learned from it if it were for constituent services. So I checked the minutes. Based on the finance reports, and the dates of her travel, she arrived late to a work session on the day she got back, and nothing was said there.

The very next meeting, she did not report anything, and the next regular meeting she reported a ride along with the Greeley Police Department and a GPD Christmas party she attended. In fact, she never reported attending an LGTBQ conference for her constituents. But she regularly reported attending other conferences and events on behalf of her constituents.
