We are expanding and in need of a new Part to Full Time ReceptionistCSR at our Bullhead City Office. The ideal candidate will be comfortable at a front desk, able to juggle multiple phone lines, happy to greet and assist customers, relatively fast at typing, solid at multitasking, and able to represent our company in a professional manner at all times during their shift. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys working with others to accomplish goals.

Daily Responsibilities will Include
Using Web-based POS Software on Computer.
Tracking and Noting Customer Accounts.
Processing Payments Cash-Handling.
Collections Calls.
Booking new Tenants Remotely by Phone.
Updating Spreadsheets.
Filing Reports.
Using U-HAUL POS software to track Inventory Reservations.
Filing Office Organization.
Post Office Supply Runs.
Checking units or Properties as needed.
Other tasks as needed discussed in interview.

Requirements
Weekend Availability.
Smart Phone Literate.
Comfortable on the Phone.
Able to Type and make accurate notes in English.
Enjoy working with the public.
Customer Service Focused.
Phone Sales Cash-Handling Experience.
Able to lift 30 lbs.
Able to occasionally work outside in Mohave County weather.
Able to multi-task and follow directions and ask questions.
Reliable Transportation.
