Castle Rock Backpage

Really here we are taking a tour through the north side of Castle Rock today come along, hey everybody. People make their move and in South Denver today we're touring around the north side of Castle Rock. If you haven't already caught some of my previous videos in and around the Castle Rock area, you can check those out up above the north side of Castle Rock is close to all of the retail, not just the outlet's Target. Sam's Home Depot sprouts Whole Foods. Qdoba Dutch brothers chick-fil-a, you name it and not to mention the great outdoor dining in downtown Castle Rock. You may actually be able to hear the road noise that is one of the unique things about this neighborhood. It is truly right on one of the main roads that connect kind of the east part of Castle Rock into the retail district. It's beautiful, the large Pines large Lots rustic homes. You get a lot of privacy, one of the downsides to Diamond Ridge Estates and stuff at our point. Is the large vein of powerlines that runs between the two communities for the estates, in particular, actually a lot of the homes back right up to the power lines? This is a sapphire point you can see. We have lovely large homes, they're more modest than diamond Ridge Estates, which is appropriate for most families, lots of open space greenery, it's a lovely neighborhood, so you can see behind me. This happens all throughout Douglas County and in many other places, there's actually a 120-mile power line route that runs all through cuts through the eastern side of Denver and down into Douglas County and terminates roughly in Highlands Ranch. So a lot of communities battle this power line issue. So again, if you don't like road-noise, we have to talk about how big is your neighborhood or where do you want your house to sit? This house has open space behind it, which, on a map, if you're looking at it, would look great, but that open space is full of powerlines and their front yard has a busy neighborhood road when we're looking at you know, Homes and Communities.
