Employees No raises in over a Decade until last year, they were already not being paid competitively 10 year ago, How do you have a budget increase 84 over 8 years, and not get a raise to employees It is blatant disrespect, and disgusting. If you do not take care of your own employees, why would we think you are taking care of the community as a whole. OIG, how can we retain and attract with 2010 pay rates. While having regular increases in commissioner pay over the same decade. To this end, I have vowed once elected, I will donate 12 of every county paycheck to a local organization for the entirety of my employment by you the people of Putnam County.

I want to work on these things and many many many more issues, that our community has been kept in the dark on for over 8 years of these 2 mens supposed leadership. If you are voting for Walton Pellicer, or Buddy Goddard, I pray you will reconsider.
