Welcome to our days in the United States, an hour east of Golden Gate, Bridge City and an hour south of the capital is the family-owned California city of Manteca, founded in 1918. This fast-growing city has witnessed significant development. Over the years, its population has increased by more than 30 percent over past decade, and the list of businesses has also expanded. Today, about 70,000 residents and representatives of a wide range of industries call Manteka their home. San Joaquin's third-largest city, Manteca County, is building more homes. Every year, as in all other towns in the county, 12 years ago I moved to Manteca to live with my daughter. What attracts me to my Manteca is the economic downturn in the country. Manteca is still aggressive in its development and planning, and especially in Manteca, life is easy. Manteca's central location makes it the perfect place to start a family or business, and a great place for a relaxing break. We are located between Highway 99 and I-5, 60 minutes from the mountains, 60 minutes from the Bay Area, within 30 miles. We have over a million people and this is a great place to be a man. The Tico business community is supported by industry, large retail chains and small local businesses with large tracts of undeveloped land destined for industrial use and various undeveloped interchanges along Highway 120 planted for use. commercial.
